How 'bout a "Daily Digest" of newbies? Instead of individual greetings, a daily greeting for all who joined that day. Perferrably late in the evening? Wont take up as much space. Think on it and if it can be worked out...have your people get with my people and...well, you know the rest.

I looked at a lot of other forums and one had a welcome area, kind of a newbie purgatory. The new ones could only view that area until they had been approved and they had to post at least once. I will look and see what we can do about adding a welcome script.
