I have several pounds of ground venison that I have been given.

I know that ground venison lends itself well to Deer Chili...

But... tired of chili right now.

Does anybody know any other dishes that ground venison would work well with?

We have used it in spagetti and actually my kids prefered it over ground chuck.

My husband used it in enchalidias and it was good.

Spaghetti.

Just about anything you'd mix ground beef with.

You can even use it in things like meatloaf, burgers, etc. But I would strongly suggest mixing it about 1/2 'n 1/2 with ground chuck or some other good quality hamburger if you are going to do that.

The key to making venison especially great is ONIONS - LOTS of onions. When we had venison roast, we always added a big bunch of onions. And then our friends never knew it was venison.

And garlic!

I haven't made anything with it yet.... I browned some the other day to make tacos... whew... too stout for tacos... I used it and made chili (well.. my wife did :) )

We may try Spaghetti... any further suggestion will be appreciated as have those which have been presented thus far.
