Our humble home is coming along, slowly but surely. We are so excited that we wanted to share this excitment with all of our friends! You all have been such a support and blessing to us, we thank you.
Our home is looking very nice. The bathroom is just about finished, tile lookd beautiful. The sink, toilet, shower, towel racks are in and the mirror is hung. Our bedroom is a nice nuetral brown and tan. Julia's room is purple, Sister Michele's favorite color! I think that she would have painted our bedroom purple if it would have matched our linens! But, Julia is so excited to have her room. She cannot wait to move in!
The living room is taking some time. The lights are in, we had three spot lights installed on one side of the ceiling. It looks sharp. Although, when we turing the spotlights on, and it really lit up the wall we noticed some bumps in the drywall. We are in the process of correcting those imperfections. We also had to re-paint the bedrooms. Someone got dirty hand prints all over the walls, I wont mention any names but these little things happen! We painted the outside walkway green and white and we are repainting the gate white. In the future we will really remodel the outside walkway.
We are in the process of moving in. The other parts of the house, kitchen, office and other bathroom will wait remodeling until we save money. So, our things have begun the shift of odd storage places into the kitchen and laundry room for storage. We can see the end date of when we can finally move our bed furniture and really move in!
We feel so blessed to be able to call this little place ours. God Bless you all and continue to pray for us as we pray for you!
