I know! Creepy huh? I am writing a book on the chessboard killer as well, this seems just the kind of thing that HE would do! ('Course he can't 'cause he's in prison in Russia.)

Actually it was the sixth foot. The first five were all right feet and showed no signs of being severed. There was a plane that had 5 people on it that had crashed 11 months ago. The bodies were never found. They believe that these feet are from these deceased bodies that are starting to decompose. It is easy for an ankle to separate from the leg when it is decomposing. They are doing DNA testing on the first five feet to see if they match up with the people on the plane.
