I'm a piano player myself but I also like to hear other people that play well. I recently discovered Huntley Brown but I don't have any of his CD's yet. Has anybody else heard him?

Well I'm sorry but I don't share that opinion of him. He did make a particular style popular and a lot of people prefer that over more difficult music but I would rather hear somebody like Stan Whitmire. I do have Cramer's Sounds of Sunday album.

Okay. Where can I hear a sample?

That's my definition of a fabulous pianist. I wonder if he ever played any church songs.

Tatum was blind completely in one eye and only had about 20% sight in the other.

Naw he didn't play much church music. He died I think a 47 as the result of booze and diabetes. Tough combo. Here's another clip--

Here's a pianist I found; I think he plays in a Baptist church. I don't know if he has made any CD's or not.

ever hear John Coleman? he was playing stuff at 5 that most people only dream about.

John took lessons from a guy named Tom Brady, to me that means nothing. Guy never took people under the age of 16 but he took John at 10 years of age. John is good. One of the best I have ever heard, in or out of church.

No, I don't remember ever hearing of John Coleman. Is he among the living? Does he have any CD's?

I believe he does and yes he is among the living, at least the last time I talked to him he was. Are you a member of Everyone's Apostolic?
