You can't register with a bogus email address. You will never receive your Activation Email. :D

If you are having trouble, please send me an email at: themrs85 @ gmail.com.

We'll get things worked out for ya!

Sunshine...if you see this, send me an email. :winkgrin

I don't know what this sticky is trying to tell us.
If we are already members, does this have any effect on us?
I've received emails from AFF, so does that mean I'm OK,
or is something changing?

No, Sam, nothing has changed. This is not for members who are already registered and are having no problems logging in and posting.

It's for those who THINK they have registered, but used a bogus email, so they never received their Registration Activation Email. :D

Just curious, do you have Juno on the blocked list? I tried to sign up with my Juno account (which I always use for message boards) and it wouldn't let me.

Yes, I believe it is...along with sbcglobal.net and a couple others.

An Admin can manually register an ID with those email clients, but users can't.

sbcglobal is AT&T's email client. Just curious why it would be blocked? When I was trying to register, I emailed admin through the 'contact us' form several times and never got a response. That feature may not be working correctly. (not complaining, just letting you know that the emails might not be getting through :) ) I finally had to use a yahoo address to get registered.

LOL! The Contact Us button is probably working fine...it's the man behind the curtain that isn't!!! :toofunny

The forum software comes with anti-spam measures...those email clients are a part of that. I prefer to do some manual emails as opposed to opening floodgates for spammers. KWIM? :winkgrin
