I moved the "What is broken?" and "RSS Feed" Threads to Tech area.
Scroll to the lower left hand of the screen, and try out the two color skins we have added for the board!

the window is small...large blue borders...Its easy to read....but my computer does not seem to like all the functions...

Try refreshing. If that does not work then you might be blocking them somehow in security settings or a firewall

I love the Valentine one!!! Will you replace it or change the name of it? It would be nice to always have one to go with the latest holiday.

BOOM just did some research the other night and found out we could remove them...so most likely we will keep it and rename it. Maybe even switch out the heart buttons. :thumbsup

I am asking for a Green theme for March!
Valentines has a nice feel of the rounded borders though.

They are not that hard, but it does take some time to get them installed and tweaked.

Love the blue toast. But it makes the Forum size smaller (centered in the page and smaller box) and leaves the banners at the top generic. What's up with that?

The Blue Toast skin is what is known as a 'fixed' skin style. You can change the size of your browser window, but the forum framework will not change with it.
The Valentine's skin is called a 'fluid' skin style. It will adjust with the changing size of your browser window. (Shrink, or expand)
And a banner is in the works for the Blue Toast. :D

I hate that the blue toast option is a fixed size that is smaller to read than the other skins.

I like Blue Toast best too but don't like it for the same reason others have expressed. It needs an expandable skin.

I took most of the colors from Blue Toast and copied into a child of the Default Blue. Named it "Friends Blue"

I copied all the elemental colors to this skin and they did not render too nicely.
I experimented with many colors and had to give up. Green is for St Pats I guess....
The Mrs is the one with all the graphic expertise
I did get the address bar icon set up nicely though.

It is a fixed width skin. It is also copyrighted, so I could not do major alterations to it.

Drop to the lower left corner and there are many color skins to choose from.

The only color skin I have is the blue...in the middle of quoting someone last night, the 'Spring' skin vanished and I left without any option to change it. What happened?!
I miss the 'Spring' color skin...:(

Who knows...Late Saturday night, I cliked on a post to quote and lost the color skin I was using. When I asked Renda about it Sunday morning, she said it was an April Fool's joke someone was playing.
Well, some joke...oh well, if I'm here much longer I'll get used to this I guess...whatever...

It's not a a colour scheme matter, but I only have TEXT in both IE and Firefox instead of buttons. No graphics except for avatars for some reason. And what is weird is that it is on both IE and Firefox, and only this site! My computer at home works fine. This is the one at the church. I must have hit some option that caused a cookie to stick in this machine, but stil it is odd that it works for both IE and Mozilla. I checked personal options and it allows for avatars, etc. I see nothing to choose for the rest, though.

The same for me Brother Blume.Is it maybe your firewall that is blocking it? Check the active x option.

Do you have images enabled?

There is a problem with the Verse Of The Day. It was taking 4 mins to load the page. I recoded Blue and Teal and decided instead of recoding them all to what you see at the top- I would temp disable them.
They are not going away. I had to step out for a bit and now will recode/reenable them as it seems VOTD is back up.

Ok, I know some may scream at me but I want to see Christmas skins... yes yes yes I am using the fall one as I know its not thanksgiving yet but its soon here and since its so stinkin HOT to be the week before Thanksgiving I thought a nice Christmas skin would make me fell COLD...!!!
