Apple Laptop

Does anyone use an Apple laptop (or whatever they are called)? Any suggestions?

Use will be for new college graduate, degree in art (not graphic design). She likes taking pics, paints, etc. She says most of her need will be to submit portfolios online.

Not sure why she wants a Mac. I think it's an anti-establishment thing. LOL!

LOL! Yeah, I have, and that's why I'm asking!! I've never used a Mac and wondered if there are any here that do. I value experience over advertisement anyday. :grampa

Even though she is not into graphic design a Mac might be good for processing and editing the photos

Macs are generally more expensive though. I have no real experience with Mac Laptops myself....

I shoulda done it while at Best Buy a bit ago getting my new wireless keyboard and mouse :clap , but the place was a madhouse. You'da thunk it Christmas or something!!
