4 neighbors complained. 3 of which still live in the area. They sent out notices to all of the surrounding neighborhoods several weeks beforehand and never heard from anyone on the issue.

The pastor wasn't even there. He was on another campus. But he is the one being charged and facing jail time.

The local ordinances allow ice cream trucks to roam the streets playing their music at 70db or below.

The church bells are in the 60-70db range.
