Can a person be an apostle and not be what some of us call Apostolic?

Could you accept or acknowledge someone as an apostle if he/she does not agree with you at least 98 percent?

That would come down to the definition of what you would call an Apostle. For most who call themselves "Apostolic" have no clue what that is and 98% of the time the term is used incorrectly

A person that disagrees with 98% of what another person believes probably wouldn't call them an Apostle, but that doesn't mean they aren't. For all you know that person is 98% wrong. Just because they believe it doesn't mean that it is true.
