I remember the crawfish boils.

300 pds of crawdaddies, 50 lbs of taters, and onions.

Spread it on newspapers on tables and dug in leaving only shells.

When I moved from Florida to the midwest, I just figured everyone had sweet tea....................... I'll take the fried chicken though!
