I have a friend who is allerigic to milk. Not lactose intolerant, but literally allergic to milk.


The slightest bit of milk causes an overload of adrenaline and he can't sleep for months.... and thus, he becomes a sleep deprived maniac.

Apples do number to my throat ... but not apple juice ... weird .. huh????

I'm looking for an alternative to Ketchup. Also has anyone tried Rice Milk or Soy Milk? Is one better than the other?
