And she went out and bought some pants, some earrings, some make-up, some expensive clothes, and walked on stage to show off the "LOOSED WOMAN." She shows us the "loosed woman" T.D. makes of females when he lays his hands on them. Every woman T.D. has to preach for him is another of this breed of "loosed women." He does not honor or respect, or use any woman who is not loosed to look like a Jezebel!

Check this Out..
New Church Planned
Tampa, Florida--
Pastor Gary Reckart and congregation announce their plans to build a new temple. Below is a picture of the proposed building:
The congregation has found a building site and negotiations are underway to purchase and close rapidly.
Pastor Reckart has made several announcements concerning this new visionary worship center:
It will be the world headquarters of Jesus Messieh Fellowship International as well as the Apostolic Messianic Fellowship. It will also be the Acts 2:38 Church of Tampa Bay;
Groundbreaking is planned by the members on May 27th, 2007 Day of Pentecost. Pastor Reckart says he does not know of any other Apostolic Church in the world that was built beginning on the annual Day of Pentecost. This will be special to this Church and Ministry says Pastor Reckart;
It will have the names of all 12 Apostles engraved on a gold plate and placed in the foundation. Pastor Reckart says this temple will be the first one in the world where a foundation has the actual names of the Apostles placed in it;
On the day of dedication, the cornerstone will be laid by Pastor Reckart. It will contain the name of Lord Jesus Messieh, King of Israel, Prince of Jerusalem, and Almighty God. No other Church in all the world has done this reports Pastor Reckart;
The dedication will be special Pastor Reckart said. We will start out side with the land dedicated for the glory of the Lord and anointed; next the officials of the Church will then be dedicated and anointed; the musicians will then be anointed; all worship leaders will then be anointed; the side-post and lintel of the entry ways will be anointed. Thirty five white balloons will then be released representing the thirty five years of righteous and holy life and preaching of Pastor Reckart. The procession: Pastor Reckart will lead, his deacons will follow, then will come the musicians followed by the worship leaders and at last members, friends, and guests. We will enter these new gates with thanksgiving in our hearts. The musicians and worship leaders will take their place and begin to worship. Pastor Reckart will then dedicate the altar, the platform, and the podium/pulpit.
We will have special speakers from around the United States and Pastor plans to bring several from the nations. Our representatives from these nations will have time to greet the attendees. At last Pastor Reckart will dedicated the temple and preach the dedication message.
Following the dedication service, we will have an open air barbecue and a feast for everyone. Because seating is limited this dedication will be by invitation only.
We give God the glory for our new Church. When it is completed it will be completely paid for.
Jesus, you are awesome!
Jesus, you have stood by the man you made!
We glorify you O Lord, you are worthy!
Light To The Nations, Jesus, bless us even more to do our part in these endtimes.

Even if he was right, he loses credibility in his "delivery"...

I thought you folks were christians? (Oh, I know that some on here may not be, but many who post claim to be.)
How do you expect me to want to become like you when you personally attack this individual? How godly is that?
He has an opinion. So disagree if you must, but personal attacks on his character et al are certainly not the work of godly christian people.
Just because he attacked a pentecostal icon (to some anyway) in AM doesn't mean that gives any of you the right to attack him. If AM wants to respond personally, sobeit. I think he is probably big enough of a man that if he feels to respond, then he certainly will. Otherwise, all this noise here is nothing but a bunch of ungodly junk.

Here is the deal ,God is a just judge and He knows those that are His ,and in the end He has the final say and He'll sort it all out.
Regardless of his reputation, it is ungodly for anyone to attempt to malign this man. He is still a soul worth reaching.
If we attack him personally, how could we ever hope to reach him?
NI
I am sure there are some that want to reach him...............................with a baseball bat! LOL! Seriously, I don't know too much about him, except that he likes putting everyone in Hell except for himself. It's all about his way or you're doomed to hellfire. In his mind he doesn't need reaching, so there is no hope in reaching him.

While I disagree with much of what was posted on this guy's site, I must admit that I am scratching my head here.
Attack me on this if you wish, but it's true anyhow.

What you are saying is like saying I am not concerned about winning the political race as a Republican, Independent, or Democrat. I am just concerned about being a Patriot and serving my country well and doing what's right. "Religion 2007" is a game of politics, my friend. Now "pure religion" - that's a different story. It's not a game for the honest soul. It's a battle for power to control who makes the rules, who decides what the uniforms look like, and who owns where the troops meet and who gets all the kudos. Jesus Christ doesn't care about cons, mods, or libs. Christianity - loving the lost, giving them grace, showing a meek and humble spirit - well, being "Christ-like" gets you the same results sometimes that Christ got.

he is from Tampa. Ex UPC. I'm not sure if he has ties with the AMF. He is not in an org, but he has created a "fellowship," the Jesus Messieh Fellowship International.
Charles Johnson and Bill Price have ties to him. He may have ties to St. Matt.
He does a lot of missions work in the Philipines and Africa. I have not had any bad experiences coresponding with him, in fact, in 2003 he sent me an email that really hit home. But, I will not sit here and make excuses for him (or anyone else).

It was actually a pretty interesting read, I must say.
Even with guys like this, sometimes you can still be like a chicken in the yard... pick out the kernels of corn, and stay away from the pebbles.
This quote I found very interesting:
" His holiness, John Paul II was truly a dedicated and courageous messenger of God. His legacy will be a model that all of us should follow. His Holiness was not only a leader of the church, but also a leader of the world. His life was an example everyone can learn from. His mission to spread the Good News of faith throughout the world, and his dedication to human rights was an inspiration." (T. D. Jakes, "Bishop T. D. Jakes Statement on The Passing of Pope John Paul II")
(I know its a couple of years old, but it was my first time seeing that quote.)

Well, my dear brother,

and
Whereas ... you said you "would like to read, if it exists, the entire statement made by Bishop for proper context."

I'll say this... you were right. Reckart didn't have the whole statement. His version was accurate, such as it was, but incomplete. Several other websites had the same shortened version similar to what Reckart had. The full version is below, found directly on TDJakes' own website.
You might have thought the entire statement in full context might put Jakes' comments in a better light. Sorry to say, to me, the full statement makes it just that much worse. Anyway, the statement speaks for itself.
[The parts in red are the parts that weren't in Reckart's shortened version, as quoted previously.]

I'll take that deal any day. At least Reckart is apostolic. As flawed as he, is I still consider him a brother in the Apostolic faith who is correct on the core doctrines of the Godhead and the salvation plan.
Jakes, well... not so much. What exactly are his core beliefs anyway? He's long been evasive and unclear on his Godhead stance, and his idea of salvation is now even more dubious with this statement. I consider his statement outrageous, and I'm quite surprised you seem to think its not.
I would think (hope?) that most Pentecostals recognize that the pope is a false prophet to put it mildly, leading people astray with a false gospel' that doesn't save. Why would Jakes (or any preacher who's supposed to be doctrinally sound) consider the pope to be "a great leader", a courageous "messenger of God", "a model that all of us should follow" , 'and example everyone can learn from", one who spread "the Good News of faith throughout the world", and a man who was "in harmony with God"??
This all reeks of the spirit of ecumenism that is trying to infiltrate the church, and a pastor sends a very bad message to his congregation with a statement like this. Does Jakes really think the pope is saved? and that Catholic doctrine saves? and that Catholic priests, etc are "men of God" ? etc. His statement to me is an outrage on so many levels, its just sad.
And don't get me wrong Bro. I get no joy in bashing Jakes. Years back, when Jakes first hit the scene in a big way, and I found out he had apostolic roots, I wished him well. But , little by little, as his position on a variety of issues became clear, (or as I saw he was trying to be non-committal and evasive on other doctrinal issues) I realized I could not longer support him. This to me is just another item added to the pile... and is probably one of the worst so far.
As for me, if I was in any church and had a pastor who made such a statement about the pope, It would immediately send up red flags in my mind, concerning his judgment and his doctrine, and I would almost certainly be finding a new church home very quickly.
Yes, Reckart has issues, to say the least, and I'd never want to be a member of his church. But to me, the core doctrines still matter. I'd rather visit Reckart's church for a Sunday morning service than Jakes' church . I'll take that deal any day of the week.

For your information, this guy applied to join CAF and was rejected. I am very disappointed that you posted this.
Why would you be disappointed about that ???
Revrandy is a member of CAF. He has told me on numerous occasions how much he appreciated that forum. For him to make a comment that we would "like" Reckart on CAF is to publicly attack our forum. I'm disappointed that Revrandy has said one thing to me privately and something altogether different on THIS forum.
Comprende?

Malcom Gladwell?
Simulcast means....oh never mind.........:ursofunny
Frankly, I wouldn't send it to anyone.
Ok. Don't send it.....it's past any way......:ursofunny:ursofunny:ursofunny

Is CAF not diverse enough that you don't have some hard core ultra cons who would lke this guy?
I didn't read RevRandy's post as an attack on CAF. I assumed he meant only that SOME on CAF would like that guy. I never read that as an indictment of the entire forum. Of course he could have helped by posting a little more specific in that regard.
I hope this doesnt mean Rev Randy is going to be banned from his fellow conservative brethern over at CAF

In fact, Revrandy and I have been in private communication over this comment. He has explained some things to me (which I will wait for him to explain publicly). Nevertheless, I apologize for painting him in a bad light, as though he was saying two different things. That was the way I took it, but I should never have stated it without checking with him first.
I really don't know ANYONE on CAF who would like Reckart. In fact, one of his followers happened to get on and only lasted a day or two before he was banned. (We didn't know he was associated with Reckart at the time.)

Just got back from church....It was brought to my attention by Kansas Preacher in contacting me...
Let me be clear on this...
When it was first posted and you reread the post... my first comment to THAD was "WHO IS THIS GUY?" Concerning Reckhert....
I made the comment off the cuff somewhat.. didn't think a thing about it...
I had never heard of Reckhert before....
I then became more familiar with Reckhert and understood more about him...
and could understand why he wouldn't be allowed on CAF...completely
I will say that CAF is a good fellowship of like minded men who by kindness and mercy have allowed me to be a part of....even though I have some differences with some (NOT CONCERNING DOCTRINE)... and they know because I told them coming in... and they have been kind enough to let me stay on...
I have defended them here a number of times...
I do apologize for my comments....I write this NOT just stay on CAF as I told Kansas Preacher if he felt I needed to go I would...
I am not a person who likes to offend folks... but I will defend the Oneness Message and may lock horns with those who differ... I may like to put a burr under someones saddle every once in awhile just to keep it interesting...
I hope this explains my faux pau..on my part...
Revrandy...
RevRandy,
Say 50 "The Lord's Prayers" and kneel toward pastor Westberg's resting place 3 times a day for a week and you will be considered absolved by your conservative brethern!
