This song has a zillion homemade verses, changing with every congregation. I doubt if anyone really knows where it originated, but i could be wrong. We made them up as we went along when I was a kid.

Are you talking about this oldie?!
He's God in the Father
He's God in the Son
He's God in the Holy Ghsot
He's God all three in One
I know God...God is God
And God will never change
I know God...God id God
And Jesus is His Name
If this is the one, don't know who wrote it or when...I'm older than dirt (per CC1) and we sang it back in my day!!:heeheehee

The reason I ask.... they sang this at a praisekeepers meeting the other night when my wife spoke to them. She was amazed and had thought it was a "Oneness" song.

It is a monthly womens prayer group (interdenominational) that was developed as a counterpart to Promise Keepers.

He's God way over the ocean
He's God way over the sea
He's God way up in Heaven
And He's God all over me.

Thank you. When Kristin told me about it I assumed the song was an older one adopted by the Op who also added some stanzas. Looks like maybe that is the case.
GOD IS GOD
I know God is God, and God don't ever change,
I know God is God and He always will be God.
He's God on the platform, He's God back at the door,
He's God in the amen corner, He's God all over the floor.
He's God when the lightning flashes, He's God when the thunder roll,
He's God way up in heaven, He's God way down in my soul.
He's God on the ocean, He's God on the Sea,
He's God all over creation, He's God all over me.
He's God in the Father, He's God in the Son,
He's God in the Holy Ghost, He's God all three and one.
He was God at the river of Jordan, He was God when Adam fell,
He's God way up in heaven, He's God that saves from hell.

From the ultra conservative venue I've been acquainted with, most UPC in TN are considered very liberal. I'm still trying to decide exactly where I fit.
