Mine is Sweet Baby Rays/ original.

Anybody make a homeade BBQ?

2 o Tablespoons of Oil
1 Large White Onion Diced Fine
4 Tables Spoons of Ketchep
4 Tablespoons of Honey
2 Tablespoons of Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup of BBQ Sauce (we like Masterpeice)

Saute the onions in the oil until soft...
then mix the rest of the ingrediants and pour into pan
allow to simmer just for a few minutes
then apply to ribs....

Yummy!!

Brown sugar... probably wouldn't work for me.

I like a bold bbq sauce... not sweet.

The best BBQ sauce I've found on the market available commmercially is made right here in our little town. It's called MISSISSIPPI BBQ SAUCE. (don't ask me why - since we live in Ohio!). Really good stuff tho!!

What makes a BBQ sauce great?

I like some sweetness myself. I don't like it too vinegary but it needs a little bite.
