Well just remember whatever it is has to be accessible to everyone. I think Yahoo allows you to talk also. The main thing is being able to talk. You don't want to have to type it all out.
If you had a website you can record video and convert them into flash format...I can do that for you. I have Macromedia suite which includes a program to convert video and audio into flash.
I remember I used to have a teaching tape of bro Segraves and another brother I think he is from Oregon but his name escapes me....it was interesting but would have been nicer if we could watch :-)
But anyways I think it might be a great idea

You know...if anyone is willing or interested it might be possible to do here. There is chat software that can be incorporated into the board and I think in the CP they have options for chat...we can get a voice chat mod maybe....I think there are some free chat mods but I don't know about voice chat

Check into it, let me know. If you don't mind doing some research let me know what options are available.
I would like to have a learning environment, where people can watch me on web cam, then can ask q/a or have some better interactions rather than typing.
Thanks,
Keith

Yes they have it in 2 versions. Actually 3 the first being more like a still picture. Then there is one that you can see the movement pretty good. Then there is their premium which I have not seen.
If one just wants to reach Apostolics having a voice chat on HERE would make more sense. Simply because there are more of them here. I have typically had more passion reaching out to the Trins and Arians on Paltalk.
There are some Apostolics there not that many. But there is getting to be more who would call themselves "Oneness" as to the Godhead.

Do typical users have to pay for the premium or is it the person hosting that chat and doing the talking that pays?

Wants to see it or wants to use it as part of their hosting chat room? It would make more sense the person "owning" the chat room pays

I am almost totaly illiterate on things of this nature but here is how it works on Paltalk. You pay a little extra (cant remember how much) and people can see you. Thats it.
As far as Paltalk being so horrible I say it depends on what room you are in. I have had many rooms over the years. You as the owner have the power to run the room as you see fit. I do not allow serious name calling such people will be silenced or bounced out of the room.
Oh yes in other peoples rooms I have been ripped to shreads at times. I have also been in a lot of respectful rooms. Paltalk can be what YOU make it. For me it is fantastic. I have been able to bring a number of people to Oneness there. All you really need is interested people. I have taught Oneness to as many as 50-60 people at one time in my room. Other times I have sat there for an hour without anyone coming in.
I also meet on Sunday mornings there with a few friends for fellowship in a private room. It is a blessing from the Lord. Maybe not for everyone but it is for me.

Just checked Paltalk Christian section at 1 am Sunday morning. 79 rooms open perhaps 2 are Oneness. Lord willing I will open a room Monday around 4 or 5 pm.

Paltalk is not perfect tech wise. At times the sound breaks up. This morning my mic froze. But I would say 60-70 percent of the time you could not hope for more from a FREE program.
Even this message board is not free from tech problems. I noticed my last 2 previous posts were BOTH counted as post 7.
Wooo now my last 3 posts are showing 8!
