John,

Howdy! Hope things are well with you. I have been so busy I didn't make it over any but I understand GNC was a temporary home for some of the rowdy folks here until they got this place up and going. I know they appreciate your hospitality.

Over the years you have proven a friend to FCFers and now NFCFers in a time of need. I think you have had a great part in helping Jim Yohe's dream carry on in one form or another.

Hey Bro Atkinson! Good to see you found us. Thanks so much to you and Bro Rutledge for always having a warm welcome for each of us at GNC.

Are you going to get a chance camping this year?

Shoot me a pm when the time approaches.

By the way, isn't marrying your brother a little 'out there' for you?

Yep, I am going down to Texas end of next month to do my brother's wedding. Instead of a hotel or staying with family I am camping at a primitive site in Inks State Park.

Also plan a week camping at Rocky Neck state park here in CT after my girl gets out of school for the summer. Plus assorted weekend trips close by so I don't miss church.

Inks Lake is gorgeous.

I love it there. Good thing about being there this early in the year is you'll actually be able to sleep outdoors without sweating to death at night.

Sounds good. I want to take my kids camping. There are a number of good places in B.C. to camp.

If you ever find yourself in B.C. there are some great places to go.

BTW, that ground is my home. My ancestral burial ground isn't far from inks park

I remember you saying you grew up there in a previous conversation we had.

I love the Hill Country around here. Reminds me so much of the Hudson Valley in NY... just smaller hills than the Hudson Valley. But it's enough like home that I feel comfortable here.
