Oh yes, and don't forget assisted suicides. This was from an interview with Obama .

Q: A couple of other issues of interest to Oregonians involve initiatives passed by the voters that have come into conflict with the federal government: physician-assisted suicide and medical marijuana. Do you support those two concepts?

A: I am in favor of palliative medicine in circumstances where someone is terminally ill. ... I'm mindful of the legitimate interests of states to prevent a slide from palliative treatments into euthanasia. On the other hand, I think that the people of Oregon did a service for the country in recognizing that as the population gets older we've got to think about issues of end-of-life care. ...

This guy's middle name should be "Evil".

BRZEZINSKI: OBAMA'S GLOBALIST "RASPUTIN"

By Patrick Briley
September 16, 2008
NewsWithViews.com

Zbigniew Brzezinski is Barack Obama’s foreign policy advisor. Brzezenski was the national security advisor for President Carter from 1977 to 1981. In 1988 he endorsed HW Bush for President and was Co-Chair of the HW Bush national security advisory task force. From 1987 to 1989 he also served on the HW Bush’s Foreign Intelligence Advisory Board. Clinton Secretary of State Madeline Albright was a student of Brzezenski.. GW Bush Secretary of State, Condi Rice (also a former national security advisor), who studied under Albright’s father, shares many of the same world government views with Brzezinski and Albright.

Zbigniew Brzezinski is an advocate of socialist world government, a goal he has promoted as a member of the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) and as a speaker at former Soviet Premier and Communist Mikhail Gorbachev’s first World Forum. Brzezinski is an architect of creating regions of global governance from independent nations to achieve world government. At the World Forum Brzezenski described the global regions that are now being put into place under Condi Rice: Israel and the Palestinians (now MEFTA, Middle East Free Trade Association), Iran as part of a Central Asian region, and China as part of a Far Eastern region. As a member of CSIS Brzezinski has guided their efforts to publish the North American Integration Monitor (2002) that calls for the loss of US sovereignty to a North American Union (NAU) as one of the regional global government blocks.

The proposals for global taxes by Obama have come with the recommendations of Zbigniew Brzezinski to pay for globalization and world government. Obama has proposed a global poverty tax in a US Senate bill...

Voting Ron Paul here! I know he has no chance of winning, but I can't vote for either of the two party candidates with a clean conscience.

Keeping it real!

Nice piece of ignorance. Why not go play in the sandbox all day? You'd have as much of a chance to effect on the rest of the world as your Ronnie does.

The dominant two party system rewards the greater of two evils when people can't step outside of their paradigm. You can make a sure bet that that is "REAL."

It's blatantly (and painfully) obvious when one examines even here .... the number of anti-Obama threads and the cutesy Palin avatars ... while others are entranced by the "Palin effect" ... little is offered as to the reasons why we should vote for McCain ... in any.

Even Rush ... is guilty of this ... once a McCain hater, most of his show now is dedicated to everything other than why he's voting FOR McCain.

So why are you not voting FOR McCain again?

If McCain's health holds up ... you are are aware VP's are largely ceremonial and powerless .... right?

You do know that Obama is not the anti-Christ, Muslim or a communist despite what talk radio and email chains feed you day in and day out ... right?

Are you voting on McCain's resolute stand on "Conservative" issues? Doubt it ... if so you'd be voting for Paul or Barr.

:crazy

When you get a chance take an inventory of the "conservative" analysts you laud and how they are approaching this election ... take a look at how your fellow forumites are approaching this .... and even your own reasons why you are not voting FOR McCain ...

might be a healthy exercise ... it might tell you about THE MAN McCain. It's a campaign based on hate, negativity, pandering and misdirection, IMO.

I'll pre-baptize this thread w/ the following accolades .... for my anti-Obama/Palin voter friends ...

And yes... TRUTH HAS BEEN SPOKEN HERE.

Ok in a nutshell,

While I am not a total McCain fan, this is why I am not voting for Obama

He is not bi-paritisan period, not one effort on record of going against his party.

He has no major contributions politically to speak of.

He has a history of being influenced by Black Liberal Theology that has a Marxist bend to it.

He is a Socialist in his world view

Go to the Southside of Chicago and see how much change he wrought there.

The only change he will bring is that he is not white, not a Republican and he is a better speaker than George W and McCain.

So I am voting for McCain, because I am not voting for Obama

I doubt that he is any kind of a speaker without teleprompts. He seems pretty slow on the draw and goes into the mantra when he gets a question outside of the list of acceptible questions.
