I was here just after AFF went live. And before that on NFCF - didn't post much, only one "ban" LOL. And I lurked about FCF when it was started.

I can think of a maybe a couple of times when Apostolic preachers were truly bashed and the board generally rose up against the bashing. Of course non-Apostolic ministers are of treated something like celebrities where any kind of dirt is acceptable. And there are plenty of complaints about "standards" and "tithing" and such - but I just don't see Apostolic preachers "getting ripped to shreds..."

And you can't show it to me either. Ergo: it doesn't exist.

I like you better when you're a happy kind of cranky. But it is a late hour. I suppose I'll be turning in soon myself. Take care.

Jekyll, you don't know what you are talking about. I remember telling Brother Epley people like him were the reason why I left church and would never come back. I used to go back and forth with Tribble over his foolishness, right along with the conservatives who were showing him the error of his way. I've gone back and forth with conservatives and libs over Christmas too. I've gone back and forth with the one step crowd because I am a three stepper. I can't stand reading anything Dan Alicea has to say. No one on this forum can truthfully say I've chosen sides around here. With that, I need to call it a night. FTR, I don't care to see preachers of any ilk get piled. I enjoy poking fun at the guy who blows on people or the guy who's smile is worth a million while thousands go to hell...

But, I don't think it's becoming of upstanding citizens to pile on a person. There are better things to talk about or ridicule. Small minds talk about people. Spelling is a fun example.
