WWOD? HEART of the matter? more like the king of circular logic!

I had a lot more in common with WWOD as it relates to Doctrine, than i do with Daniel that is for sure, but both these cats had a serious flaw in their posting.

WWOD talked in circles and Daniel would repeat the same tired argument after it had been dispatched until his enemy just left. I guess he tought if you repeat a bad argument enough it will become a good one.

in the end, the two of them are kind of like the two snakes that ate each other from the tail end. it starts off in a nasty circle, and eventually they just dissappear in all that snarl and fury.

In real life, I suspect both are great men. on a board like this... well.... uhm... uhhh..... hmmm......

Very astute observations on your part. The only difference I have seen is that Dan A is harmless and just needs attention, but WWOD went for the jugular. He not only wanted to destroy his perceived enemy, but also sabotgues and destroyed himself.

He started a thread once as a tribute to me. Having previously been the object of his distain and repeated insults it made me stop to think what he was doing. I was immediately on my guard. I prefer the anomosity of some of the very rigid conservative brethern; as it is in the open and out of a sincere wish to either straighten me out or a block so I do not sway others to what they perceive to a flawed perception of men and Apostolic leadership.

I am not unaware of how some think of me, but I do not let it hinder or bother me [as much] because Jesus has his hand on my heart and life and will complete what he has begun, the good work he has begun in me.:shhh

Well, we dont agree on how harmless Daniel is/was. I suspect he in real life is exactly that, but on this forum he was far from harmless. harmless people dont have action taken against them... repeatedly.

at the end of the day, AFF is going to go on. some will leave some will go against their will and others will show up. the issues will be discussed and the eyes of most of the OP movement will watch.....

THAT is for sure.

They can learn alot from watching.

I watch more than I post and it is a human characteristic learning experience.

Maybe I need to clarify what I mean by 'harmless'. As I refer to Dan A. Dan has went through a lot this past year and has deep seated fears, abandonment, and rejection issues. I think he reacts out of fear and out of insecurity. What I mean by 'harmless' is that he is not intelligent enough to confuse or make statements that hold any credibility. He can make rash judgements, gossip, and start fires...but he doesn't have the ability nor the desire to purposely destroy others.

WWOD, on the other hand...is more intelligent than most, and is a very dangerous individual unless God is in complete control of him. He is well able to confuse, deflect, and destroy reputations, lives, and relationships. This worries me. Many people know and love the man. They want to befriend him and ulitmately want him saved and right. As do I believe it or not.

So when I compare the two personalities...one is as harmless as the other is deadly.

This is only my opinion and many may or may not agree...doesn't matter but this is how I see it.
