Indeed. It is an awakening of the inner man, and an acknowledgement of ones need of salvation that can only be provided in the cross.

Furthermore, saving faith produces the desire to be identified with Christ in baptism and a willingness to recieve His Holy Spirit.

Stephen no williness to recieve holy spirit cause I posted the scripture that states you WILL recieve....not a willingness but you will according to scripture...

I agree. By willingness - I don't mean anything other than a God placed desire within the heart of an individual. If someone says "I don't want the Holy Spirit of God" it brings into question, either their faith, or their understanding of the Holy Spirit.

I agree that most would desire to follow Christ commands but I hesitate to say that 100% of the time a person would recognize that they should be baptized after repentance unless they had some prior knowledge of baptism. I agree that most of the time a true born again believer will follow this path.

Elsewhere, it also says the sick will be healed.

Ok, I am looking for scripture that supports the three step doctrine. I know we have some examples in Acts but is their any other scriptural evidence in support of the plan of salvation known as the three-step doctrine.

John 3:5-7 is often used by three steppers..

But Stephen if that person repents then they want gods spirit to guide them they want that chnanged life so therefore they will have the holyspirit according to scripture
