As was pointed out BO stated there 57 states during the election of '08. Had McCain said that, had W said that, had Palin said that it would've been a sound byte that would've stuck. It would be dragged out ad nauseum as proof positive that conservatives are lacking in mental prowess. The "they're stupid" argument from the left is old. Ford, Reagan, Bush I, W were all portrayed in that way. Carter, Mondale, Dukakis, Clinton, Gore, Kerry were always characterized as so intellectually superior. And so Obama gets a pass at such an elementary gaffe by virtue of espousing the agenda of the sanctimonious media. |

1) What was is his job? 2) My point is that criticism levelled at Palin's intellectualism has merit, much thanks to Palin herself. 3) In most circumstances yes, but that fateful national interview really made her look stupid-- like she was empty headed. 4) The topic is her intellectualism (not intelligence) and how that criticism of her intellectualism is merited. 5) Whatever. :) 6) That wasn't a confession, it was a challenge of your implied and stated assertions, but I am willing to let it go. |
