One question though. Some may struggle with the above and want deliverance, sounds as if this person "enjoys" and is even "proud" of his lifestyle choice. I see a difference. |

I see the difference too. It is one thing to enjoy living in sin and another thing to recognize a sinful weakness/tendency and struggle to live above it. I think there is a difference between being homosexual (having desire for someone of the same sex) and living the homosexual lifestyle. |

I have no doubt that with political correctness gone mad in our own country that it is just a matter of time before preaching against homosexuality or not allowing avowed homosexuals to hold jobs at churches will be considered a "hate crime" and "discrimination".
Christians in America need to wake up and realize that politics do matter. Right now Barak O'Bama is saying that five year olds need to be taught sex education! I am sure this "education" will include indoctrination on "non traditional families" to instill approval of homosexuality at an early age. |

"The case has implications for other religious groups because it was the first test of their legal duty under anti-discrimination laws brought in in 2003. Equality rules bar bias against workers on grounds of sexual orientation. Religious groups were given an exemption to allow them to turn down gay candidates for clerical posts and traditionalists argue the exemption should apply to lay appointments too." Keep in mind also that there is no "separation of church and state" in England and that the Church of England is the country's official religion. |
