Hmmm... Where did you get the idea that admins/mods read every post on the forum? I don't. I read only threads that interest me by the titles-- and anything that gets reported. I'm pretty sure that's about how the rest of the team does too. I don't deal with a zillion PMs and emails... someone else does email (and I'm so glad it isn't me, I barely keep up with my own personal email!) Counseling wasn't in my job description. We don't get involved in people's personal lives (or at least I don't). At any time I feel like I'm in over my head here, I just log out. :)
