Well yes, I didn't mention that part of these changes I've been making.

I've thrown out 10+ bags of trash this weekend. And I have at least half as much I need to sell on craigslist, and a bag or two to donate (took 6 bags to the thrift store last week). I'll sit down and list it probably Tuesday afternoon. BEFORE I pick the kids up from daycare. lol If I keep working like I have been, I might double what I have to list and add another few bags of trash. Although, I haven't set foot in the kids' rooms yet. :reaction The day that happens I might need to hire my own dumpster. They will not clean up, they will not sort out what they want to get rid of. I've told them if I declutter their rooms, they keep 10 changes of clothes and nothing else. :tissue They don't believe me. We'll see who ends up doing the work. Moving could get real easy in a hurry if they don't clean soon. lol

I went to the store early to get the fixin's to make my world famous Sloppy Joes...gonna take a crock pot of it, plus buns, chips, Doritos, soda, plates, cups, and napkins to my brother's new house for all the guys helping him move.

Took my mom to the airport already this morning.

From here, I really don't have any plans. I guess settle back into being home, spend some time hanging out with the kids. IF they're feeling up to it we may go out later, but they've been all kinds of sick lately. Maybe work ahead on school for next week, but that doesn't sound like fun at all.

I'm working today, but if I can get a room cheap enough on Priceline, I think we're gonna drive to Nashville and spend the night tonight, just to get away.

thanks. i wont be able to enjoy the boat or jet ski. i am 7 months pregnant...but i can enjoy sitting on the deck just doing nothing. i guess my son and husband will enjoy the toys....lol

and I have to take my son bowling for his league.

and do the grocery shopping.

Plus a good friend wants to meet for lunch to talk. She's going through a divorce so we've been meeting every other weekend for several months now just to get caught up on what's happening with her.

Goodness, I have a busy LIFE! I'd sure like to know if everyone else is this busy all the time?? When is it my turn to rest????

I've done everything now except dinner with my friend, which is happening in just a little bit.

PLUS I filled out all kinds of forms for Justin for college and got them ready for him to take to his school counselor this week so he can attach a copy of his transcripts and send them on to the college.

Right now I'm killing a few minutes until time to meet Terri. :)

Worked my 8hr shift on Fri; loaded car and my husband, son and I drove 560 miles. We reached our destination about 5AM. I slept some in the car but we were all tired. My MIL is 92 and is in an assisted living apt. It's been a while since we visited.

Today after a catnap for all, we talked, showed her "hundreds" of photos :bored of my year old grandaughter >her greatgrandaughter; but she has 15 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren, so for her it's not new anymore.

Ate out, visited some old friends, a full day....we'll be up early Sun. to meet some other friends for breakfast. Then another lonngg drive and all of us must be at work at 8AM Mon morn.

I'm sitting here waiting for our local funeral director to drop of pictures so I can get a funeral DVD done for them.

Hopefully I get enough of the DVD finished by 6:00 that I will be able to go to the orientation meeting tonight for the Financial Peace University classes at church.

Other than that, not much today. :) it IS the day of rest, after all.:bliss

My SIL came and stayed the weekend with me. She took me out to eat Friday night and we came home and watched a Tyler Perry movie. Saturday we took our time in the morning and then by noon ran around some - - - we'll I sat in the car while she did a little shopping. We met my son and his wife for a late afternoon lunch.

I did go in a couple stores with her that had carts and use them instead of having to use my cane - worked like a charm. I was really tired though being out and about so we came home and got comfy and watched another Tyler Perry movie. She had never seen them and loved them.

She left today around 2:00 and then my son and wife came and watched the Memphis game with me and they just left. It was great having someone around all weekend!

We just finished breaking apart our bed. The fun way... with a maul!
Now our mattress is lying right on the floor, which is how we are going to sleep for the next 4 weeks.

In a bit I'm going to the grocery store...family will be coming in tonight for a few days, and I'm cooking for the hungry howies tomorrow.

We'll be having red skinned potato salad, baked beans, corn on the cob (if the Farmer's Market has some good Peaches and Cream corn), Johnsonville statium brats, polish sausage, barbequed chicken breasts, dinner rolls...not sure what else...:bliss

I have to take one more kid to school (oh the joys of having them in 3 different school!!! GRRR)

Then I have to go to physical therapy (bigger GRRRR)

Then my friend is coming over and arranging my garage for me tonight yay!!! I can finally get my truck back in the garage!!!!

I love to cook, girl, and my hungry howie family love for me to. My nephews wanted to know last night on the phone if Aunt Barb was going to make them scrambled eggs on Sat. morning.

They are so spoiled, and my eggs are no different than anyone elses...it sure makes me feel good though!! :bliss

I've been up since 5:30...diced the potatoes, got the chicken breasts ready for marinating, went out to the store and Farmer's Market (I was the first one there), came home and fixed sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs w/cheese, toast and juice for the family, asked my brother to shuck the corn, then I finished the potato salad, and now I'm resting...
