Am I taking this scripture out of context?

Won't we be changed from mortal(bodies) to immortality(bodies)?

All the imperfections will become perfect in heaven.

I do believe aborted babies go to heaven. As well as all small children who die before an "age of accountability" and all who believe and call on the name of the Lord.

No doubt this accumulated nuber could be billions.

Doesn't life begin at conception?

I had a brother explain to me that the unborn and infants who die haven't obeyed Acts 2:38, so they still bare Adam's sinful nature and are lost. I personally don't ascribe to that, but it was an interesting discussion that we had on this.

Hi, Timmy

You do bring up good points. Not to take over your thread, I posted a thread a few days ago titled, "Where do babies go?"
I have had a few to answer. It seems to me that these two could go togther. In answer to your question I do beleive that life begins at conception.

If any would like to view the thread "Where do babies go" it's posted in the fellowship section.

There will indeed be a great multitude in Heaven but it will only consist of those who are washed in the blood of the Lamb.

Chan, if I understand what you're saying, man can not enter into the kingdom of God unles he has been born of the water and the spirit. Correct.

When does TRUE life begin?

Do you base this (in red) on scripture or personal beleif.
I agree but have heard others say different.

Yes, I saw that, and there's yet another related thread here: http://www.apostolicfriendsforum.com...ad.php?t=20403. And in another somewhat related thread (http://www.apostolicfriendsforum.com...ad.php?t=13841), I was informed that "The Lake of Fire will be full of 'good, moral people'." So why not throw some babies and fetuses in there, too? :winkgrin

There are many that preach that if a child dies and their parents are living in sin then the child goes to hell. If the parents are living according to God's word then heaven is home for the child.
Some look at David's son and say all children go to heaven. Some say David was under the law and we are now in the period of grace so things change.
Some beleive just as you wrote above.
I don't know if there is any clear scripture on the subject. If you look only at Acts 2:38, then the answer would seem there will be no babies, children or anyone else you did not follow it.
What I do know is we serve a just and merciful God that will be the judge.
