I have tried to help young men who have been taken advantage of by these predators, and it is heart breaking. I don't have a great deal of sympathy for the serial corrupters who defile one young man after another to appease their filthy perverted lusts. So when it comes to this, no I guess I don't mince too many words. Forgive me if I was offensive.I know you are a lady and a godly one, and I apologize for the crudeness of my comment. |
Do any of y'all actually know what this kind of perversion does to a young male? For most of them no one ever knows about it. If they tell, or someone finds out, they feel ashamed and guilty. One of the first questions they ask is does this mean I am gay? If somehow God and godly counseling ever happens they can be healed. If not they spend the rest of their lives in torment. And the person that molested them has that on their conscience and that blood on their hands. Even if they repent and at least one is still lost then they are going to be accountable to God for it. Even if they are healed there are still questions in their minds sometimes if they happen to see or hear of the predator that molested them. Now does anyone wanna ask if it's ok for these young boys to be altered for the rest of their lives? I will say this, most child molestors are not homosexuals, but some homosexuals are child molestors. One is too many.

Wow, throwing names at me too?
I am trying to give someone the benefit of the doubt, because - Knowing how much of a Christian Marietta is, I would be hardpressed to believe that she would go and be a part of these things, if she wasn't confident in his repentance of all sin.. Sis. call me gullible if you want to... If I am wrong then so-be-it. I have lost nothing for being wrong... But if the ones who still tear him to shreds are wrong.... |

Hey G, I think this part is the hardest thing for people to get past. you'd understand if it was one of your family members- I think? I know someone who's cousin went thru this. He went to leadership and they did nothing. Years later, one of the leaders wept and begged him for forgivness. LW may have reconciled with "M" but I have to agree with the others that a public statement would go a long way at least for many. you think? |
