I'm not talking about actively lusting and drooling.... Simply "desire" and temptation.

If someone "desires" someone (aka, 'has feelings') for someone of the same sex yet KNOWS it is wrong and thus does not act on it, I would be more inclined to say "good for you!" rather then say "Your STILL a pervert!".

If a pedophile "desires" (aka, 'has unatural feelings') young children, yet KNOWS it is wrong and thus does not act on it, would you allow that individual to be around your children?
