I can't stand coffee, but all these diet people do have the common denominator of eliminating anything that is actually "tastes good".

I have to give Hurd this much, she is big on beans which can taste quite yummy....

of course you need hamhock and lots of salt to make that work.... bet she frowns on that.

She requires a lot of protein (including meat) to rebuild your adrenals.

In part. I usually also get a "tall" glass of Bud Light to go with it. Which is about the only time I will have a beer. :)
