Why do we think we have to be comfortable? Maybe having a younger pastor is uncomfortable, because there's something in the one discomforted that needs to change. Comfort can be overrated. Just ask the Apostel Paul.

Timothy, however, must have had similar obstacle to overcome as a young minister. Paul instructed him to not allow anyone to despise his youth.

I would have no problem submitting to someone younger than me. Life experience doesn't make someone more or less spiritual. I've met some carnal old ministers in my lifetime...:lol

I don´t think I would have any problem with age...I just want someone with God´s anointing and direction.
