I wear knee Hi’s all the time. I am allergic to the spandex in Panty Hose and they cause me to itch. When you buy the better brand of knee Hi‘s, they look really nice. I don’t have a problem with the wind blowing, because I usually wear my skirts very long, and they are straight, usually basic black. It’s easy to find multiple jackets and blouses when wearing black.
