Let's listen to McCain. There is no way you can take that statement in the same vein as Obama's. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WMPYkNQlJMM |

I don't disagree about Obama's intent that most here seem to share. But nobody except MikeinAR mentioned McCain making the same statement and being appalled that Obama said what he said. I'm not shocked. He's an idiot and proving it more and more. He talks and talks and doesn't say much of anything but attacks and insults. Does anyone know what he's about, other than 'change'? LOL! |
Re: Obama: 'Lipstick on a pig' comment. Not Smart.
Totally different. McCain just said it like a "saying". Obama said it, then paused for reaction.....which lead me to believe he was digging at what she had said about the pit bull.

I do agree with you about how Obama said it. I don't think there's any doubt about that. Would have been better if he called her a pit bull with lipstick....LOL! |

That was not an oversight on Obama's part. I am completely convinced that they knew or thought they could buffer their way out of that. It was too easy and they took it. It backfired though. |
