HUH?

Job said "that which he feared came upon him", also God did not do to Job the devil did. Job said "the Lord giveth and the Lord taketh away, but if you read the end of Job he was rebuked by God.

Not sure the point that you are trying to make, but the it is the their that comes to kill, steal, and destroy not God.

You have got a really strange doctrine. You ought to read the Old Testament. When Israel walked with God = pleasing to God, the blessings of God manifested in their life.

When Israel sinned = not pleasing to God destruction in one form or another came on them.

Now, if that's what he is saying...ok! But he specifically said (twice) that the "blessings of God" making God sound like He's the teaser of the righteous or something

I did not want it to seem like I was knocking you or Keith.
I have great respect for you both going and starting a new work.
Your trips overseas are awesome.

I think it was Bro Stoneking who stated in one of his messages that, God can bless us & still not be pleased with us.
I agree.
God blesses us because he is good.

It was a generic statement for anyone including myself.

Please forgive me if you took it otherwise.

Being used by God is not the same as being blessed by God, I definitely understand that. The question under discussion was if traditional outward standards are the key that either prevents or allows true revival or renewal.

In some circles no one not having the same standards as certain others is currently experiencing something called revival.

Understand I am not against standards, Biblical holiness is very important to God, but my or someone else's interpretation or application that we use to express that is not the same always.

Those from either side who judge sharply the other - they should be discounted as that attitude is worthless. :)

Exactly!

Keith and Elizabeth [Jeanie] it's great news that wonderful things are happening. Be like the bumble bee who scientists say shouldn't be able to fly and fly anyway. Revival will always defy the laws of "human dynamics"!
