I think the old rule was as long as you didn't bring a bible and wear a tie at the pulpit and "testified" under 40 minutes .... you were within the parameters.

Yes but isn't there a new law...er rule that says UPC licensed ministers can't minister at other non UPC orgs?

BTW the notion I got from reading about those early Apostolics about baptism in Jesus name wasn't "Wow, I was going to hell all this time but now I know the truth" but rather they were just excited to discover things about the bible and want to obey because they loved God, not that they were salvific. Much like the Jewish early church were zealous for the law even more so now that they are saved, but not that they thought even more so the law would save them. They saw it in a new light, what the law revealed about Jesus
