And no I don't find it strange as I saw the media go into the tank to get him elected, ACORN falsifying voter registration to get him in, questions about who funded him in college, etc. Just things that are not adding up and never have.

No one listened to all the information concerning Obama BEFORE he was elected. Maybe now that he's taking our country from us someone will come forth. His grandmother just happened to die while he was in Hawaii working out the issue of his birth certificate. The one that really knew. That was rather timely and odd, IMO. Perhaps it was nothing, but then again.....everything about his life is odd.

A good conspiracy theory would be - Why did he and his family wear red on Election Night, when red means blood and revenge? Now, that's a good conspiracy theory for you. :toofunny

MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION OF COURT'S

ORDER OF NOVEMBER 19, 2008

Preliminary Statement

The Court managed to take what is at its core a simple and straightforward case seeking review of denial of access to a Hawai'i record, and to add layers of confusion and complexity that were totally unwarranted by the record made in open court on November 18th. For the reasons that follow, Plaintiff moves the Court to reconsider, vacate and rehear the matters decided on November 19th using the correct procedures and standards of law.

Plaintiff initially thought that he would appeal the order to the Intermediate Court of Appeals, but it would be a disservice to that Court to appeal such a mangled and needlessly confused record from the trial forum. Thus, the Rule 59 motion (see below) stays any appeal until a decision on this motion.

1. Procedural basis for reconsideration

Plaintiff is not aware if a judgment has been entered since he has not been served with any such document. Prior to entry of a judgment a Court has plenary power to review and reconsider an order. This motion is also filed under H.R.Civ.P. 59.

One of Obama's sudden trips was announced as being of a granny nature but for some strange reason his family never headed toward granny and he headed to court. I can check on one of the dates.

The hearing is set for November 18, 2008 at 10:30 A.M.

The issue now is his fake COLB has no signatures nor witnesses. He suspects he is out of the woods.
