FyI, there has always been complaining about the state of this forum. Always!!! Either too liberal (miss you DA) or too conservative (conservative admins banning libs). It's been a roller coaster ride at times. :bigbaby

I have said this before when conservatives complain about this forum (and I know, I know, it isn't supposed to be about conservative versus liberal views, but it really does come down to that) and it's "intolerant" views about OP ideas, they always neglect to mention that people get BANNED for expressing liberal views on other forums -thinking of EA.

It reminds me of a (verbatim) quote by the great Ronaldus Magnus speaking about leftist protesters in South America, "If these people got the government they wanted, they would not be allowed to do what they are doing."

All it would take is more conservatives stating their viewpoint to combat that. The owners and admins are not at all unwelcoming to conservatives.

Re: Suggestion

why is it that conservatives always want to control things? I'm all for an open forum. I don't read the shoe thread, Gabby's or Holy swimwear threads so why can't conservatives just read the threads they are interested in and leave the other threads alone? no they want to control threads, members, and postings. Aren't there other forums for that kind of control? I like a liberal forum.

I am not "complaining."

I am merely stating the facts (as I see them;)).

I don't think ALL of the conservatives left because liberals are here.

Many posters have left (don't post) because of the utter stupidity shown by a very vocal minority. It's impossible to engage in a civil, passionate debate about issues THAT MATTER because weirdos get on here and take the conversation to la-la land.

My interpretation with what he said is that nearly every apostolic board IS conservative to an extreme. Do we need a "fairness doctrine" in message boards?
