he decided to leave or he decided to not be an Admin? or did he need to stop being an admin and decided to leave?

you are right that my interest isnt in providing a forum to sing MOW praise. there are issues however conserning MOW and other things that need fixing. a direct and forthright answer to my question by the head cheese around here would go a long way to correcting this wobble.
