To me FCF was great but there was alot of heated discussion going on especially in the prophecy section , since the preterists were outsed from you know what, seems like alot of interest in that subject has died down.
But truth be known I doubt FCF could ever be duplicated. It was one of a kind.

One interesting thing about this thread is that it has attracted many of the posters who were active at FCF during its heyday. They're pretty much all here, with one or two notable exceptions.

I'll amen your amen. :usa

I miss FCF...if I could go back and start my days there over, I would do some things differently.

But FCF was great for me in so many ways. The foremost thing to me was the change in my attitude due to seeing Apostolics of every stripe and not just what I was accustomed to seeing. The voices were a different breed for sure, but it was without a doubt the best thing for me.

AND I got to meet the sweetest people this side of heaven...of course, so did they!! :happydance ;)

Thanks for all the posts here. I really appreciate the insight some of you have. While I was on FCF from its early days, I lurked for a season. I do not believe we can re-create another FCF because, as some have said, Jim Yohe was FCF. When he died, I believe the steam began to slow. Bro Flemming did his best, but it was the personality and vision of Jim Yohe that kept life in it.

Having said all that, I would really like to see us become something more than what I am seeing. I would like to hear more from some of you that have posted, and from those that have yet to post. It gives me something to consider in where we want to go with this forum.

Matt, I hear your heartbeat of concern and can assure I feel it, too. However, I feel to ask you...what is that "something more" that you would like to see?!

Newman, when I joined Bro Yohe didn't have the capability of archiving or carrying anything over to the next month. We just started all over.

Then he got vbulletin, or something...and that was not long before you wrote articles.

All of the great conversations Bro Yohe initiated with his articles on the Tenneys and TBN were lost.

Not exactly lost. I have a copy on another system. I do feel they are property now of the Yohe family, and so would not post them here without an ok from TyHuff or Vicki.

We tried posting them on NFCF and had so little participation we did not continue.
