Is she in a hospital? If so, is there a bathtub available?

there are NO bathtubs in our hospitals..and the doctors would not give us permission to move her...let´s wait and see what God does for her. She knows nothing about God except the little we have told her...we are praying for a miracle so we can really baptize her...Please help us pray.

I would sneak her out and take her to a source of water. But, I do NOT recommend that you do that. I don't want you to go to jail.

I cannot lift her she is helpless and there are guards at every enterance in our hospitals...my sister cried when she saw how our hospitals are in the northeast...I am just waiting on God to hear and help us.

I talked to several pastors in the states and they told me that was all I could do and they are strong people like we are about baptism...
It is a different world of thought over here...

Sister Alvear,

I don't post a lot, very busy in ministry and also building websites for others, but I do read the posts when I am taking a break. I think you will remember me; I sent you some audio cd's of my husband, Pastor Frank Febus teaching on The Feasts of Israel.

I just wanted you to know that we like you are strong believers in full immersion when baptizing someone. However, in your case, you did all you could do. Which probably caused this young lady to have stronger faith. We all know that faith in Jesus name can bring miracles. Now we will join you in prayer for this young lady. Asking the Lord to work a miracle in her life and heal her, that she will have a chance for a biblical baptism and be filled with the Holy Ghost. That she will be a wittness to her community, giving glory to God.

God bless you Sister,

Sister Helen Febus

I would fast and pray for the soul, seeking the Lord's mercy for this life until baptism is possible.

God is able to heal this person.

If God doesn't heal and this person dies without getting baptized, it's on the Lord to decide her eternal destination. He's the One who didn't heal her when she was pricked to repent and be baptized in Jesus Name, if indeed what He allows to happen. He's Sovereign.

Maybe she rejected the Gospel in the past when she was healthy. Maybe in God's economy, He'll have mercy on her. But as humans, there is only so much we can do.

I'd put the ball right back in God's court. He's able to make the impossible a reality.

Re: What would you do?

I have a bit of a random question... Can you take her, with her consent, out of the hospital or would that be illegal? I'm asking if you can get a wheel chair, take her to where you are, baptize her, and bring her back, or if they won't take her back, bring her to another hospital or take care of her yourself? Would this not be allowed due to some kind of bureaucracy and health-care type thing in Brazil? I'll be praying about this, along with my Brazilian brothers.

GOD BLESS!
Bro. Alex

I have never faced an exact situation like hers even the many years I worked at the leper colony.

Sister Alvear,

I pray that God's will be done in her life whatever that may be (taking her home to be with Him or healing her completely).

I cannot at the moment do anything except pray...the hospital will not give permission for her to be moved...if you could see her back and thighs and stomach you would understand why. No she never rejacted the gospel in the past she NEVER heard the gospel in the past...whose sin was this?
