The funniest thing was people saying the WEATHER is one of the best things about B-town.... That is tragic, we have searing, blistering summers, and bitter cold, foggy winters... :snapout

As to the worst, they were pretty much on the money. The air quality, and lack of things to do, I would rate those things the top 2.

For me, the best part is, it is my history and my family is here. Other than that, well, we are within 2 hours driving of about any climate or type of entertainment you could want, that's not bad! :dance

In regards to the video, maybe I can clear it up for some of you, as it took place at my church (that is to say, the church I attend and work at).

It was recorded Friday night at a Comedy Night our church sponsored featuring Jeremy Foster and Clergy Comedy (which Kelly Ventura is a part of along with Darrin Sargent).

This event was held to kick off the opening of our new children's and youth facility.

It was definitely a staged fight, maybe Bro. Ventura didn't want to acknowledge that because it was part of the joke. There was an elaborate setup for it and the audience was in on it. It was (and is) funny because of the bad rap Bakersfield generally gets.

The whole night was a blast and I am sorry that some of you didn't get to be there, because you obviously need a laugh to lighten you up! :tease
If Jeremy Foster was part of it, I'm sure it was good.

I grew up at camp meetings and church events with him and Johnothan.

They are both absolute nuts, and great guys.
