I think I've figured out that you must not be ultra conservative because the only fun allowed in their ranks is Branson or the occasional IMax ....or so I think I've heard.....

Jeffrey I checked with my source and it is a rumor. There was a meeting about taking the church only out of the organization but not the pastors.

There was no church split although there were several families stirring up trouble.

... I think some speculation was offered about disaffiliation and/ or turning in a license.. and according to this ... you have confirmed that this is exactly what is happening ...

There are many reasons to disaffiliate ... I have a hunch there will be more to this.

This is a pillar church of the org ... nothing to sneeze at if Life does make such a decision, imo.
