Non Jesus Name people you admire
 

I am not posting for us to debate if they are saved or not...please...lol...


However we all in life´s journey meet people different from us that leave a mark...

I will start the tread off by saying two people I greatly admired during the thim I knew them were Richard and Sabrina Wurmbrand...they were the founders of the Voice of Maryers.
I traveled with them a week once in Brazil as a translator and got to know them quite well during that week. Afterwards we wrote to each other. Their work goes on today all over the world. My brother in law and his family has worked many years in that mission.
If you ever have a chance read their books...and for you who do not know he was a jew by birth!

Someimes we meet people and don´t remember their names...Once when I was 19 years old I was in wild indian territory and a priest let me sleep in a makeshift convent with the little nuns...I will never forget his kindness and in thankfulness to them I went to mass with them...I left them tracts...I was only there in passing...

I admired Mr & Mrs Courtenay of the Salvation Army Grandview Temple that faithfully picked me up for Sunday School & other events when I was 5 until I turned 10.
They were good to I & my family.

I admire David and Gwen Wilkerson who have a church which reaches out to
SO many, with several outreaches from the Times Square Church in New York.
After meeting him briefly in the early 70's I have prayed for them and ordered
tapes, books, etc. and asked God to reveal full truth to him, in Jesus Name!

Our family came from a long, strong Methodist background. Because my paternal
grandmother read her Bible diligently and prayed while a Methodist, when more truth
came their way, she was able to recognize it as such. The Bible confirmed it to her
that it was indeed truth. Truth sets men free and he whom the Son sets free is free
INDEED!
