Their plan is sick and giving people that read out it heartburn.
Obama is ignorant about medicine. Obama is ignorant about democracy.
His post office is a disaster and his hospitals will be the same.

Not a deal breaker? It certainly seemed to be one as recently as last month. On July 20, The Washington Post's Web site included Ezra Klein's report, "Obama Says Health-Care Reform 'Must' Include Public Option." Cited is Obama's radio address of that week, in which the president declared:

(A)ny plan I sign must include an insurance exchange: a one-stop shopping marketplace where you can compare the benefits, cost and track records of a variety of plans - including a public option to increase competition and keep insurance companies honest - and choose what's best for your family.
Someone ask what the federal plan contains to keep the Federal plan honest.

Not out of the woods, yet!

Morning Bell: Public Option Is Not Dead Yet

But that does not mean that Americans fighting against government-run health care are out of the woods yet. Conrad insists that the Senate could pass health reform that includes health insurance co-operatives. Co-operatives do have a long and proud tradition in many sectors of the U.S. economy, but details matter. Conrad says these health co-ops will not be “government-run and government-controlled” but instead “membership-run and membership controlled.” But others in Conrad’s caucus have a starkly different co-op goal. Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) is pushing a vision of co-ops that are: 1) run by the government, preferably the federal government; 2) funded or subsidized by the government; or 3) includes plans chosen by the government.

Now the lying democrasts say this about Sebelious. They say Resident Obama is still for the public option and the media "misplayed" sebelious.

Is that a video malfunction?

Quote:

A third White House official, via e-mail, said that Sebelius didn't misspeak. "The media misplayed it," the third official said.
Lies to cover lies.

The Times "news story" singled out the Washington Times for its role in spreading the story with this whopper:

"The specter of government-sponsored, forced euthanasia was raised as early as Nov. 23, just weeks after the election and long before any legislation had been drafted, by an outlet decidedly opposed to Mr. Obama, The Washington Times."

Nothing new here.

Internet Snitch Brigade disabled, but…
By Michelle Malkin • August 17, 2009 02:05 PM So, it looks like the Internet Snitch Brigade has closed up shop — and you can no longer flag yourself at flag@whitehouse.gov.

But the health care czar’s office (background here) and Obama Chicago crony Valerie Jarrett’s staff (background here) are hard at work pumping out O-care propaganda — and still collecting e-mail addresses — at the government-funded website “Reality Check.”

The White House spammers haven’t been thrown under the bus. They’re just taking a potty break.
The snitchboard is closed. They did snag e-mail addresses and axelrod spammed people.

At least public opinion has turned against it .

We can only hope they'll see the error of their ways.

Anyone involved in a re-election bid in the next year had better listen to their constituents.

If the GOP does not mess up the cards that they are being given then they should be able to sweep control back of at least one of the houses of govenment!

But don't count on it with their record lately!

My concern is with all this energy the American people have expended in our oppostion the obamacare, when the next big issue (immigration I believe) we will have to return to our jobs and not be able to devote as much time and energy combatting these over throwers.

Re: Obama giving up on Obama Care?

One of the biggest failures of the liar in the White House has been his communication of what exactly is included in the state seizure of healthcare. Among the outright lies that are consistently part of his message:

1. You can keep your private insurance.

2. The public plan would foster competition, not drive private insurance out of business.

3. The plan will not fund illegal aliens.

4. The plan will not use federal money to fund abortions.

5. The plan would provide greater choice and insure more without adding a single cent to taxpayers.

All of the above are lies. Everybody who is making the claims know that they are lies. Yet we are supposed to trust them. Fat chance.

Gore, in a much shorter set of remarks, was loose-limbed and noticeably thinner than in recent years — and he seemed to elicit the night’s most emotional moment.

Playing off the focus of the Kennedy funeral on the Gospel of Matthew’s parable of Jesus taking care of “the least of us,” Gore thundered that the country has “a moral duty to pass health care reform. This year.”
They are all pumped up after Kennedys funeral.
