Got to speak w/ Barley ... in December at a New Church Order holiday banquet at Champions, in Houston..

He presented me [ I think] and my sister [for sure] as babies ...

He pastored the Bronx Spanish work in the early 70's ... then had some difficulty .. then J. Hopkins came for a while then left that work to my dad in 1977/78.

He's doing well ... I enjoyed speaking to him and getting some history ....

I first met Steve Barley at the
Buckeye Lake Tri-State Youth Camp
of 1953
{my lil brudder dated his sister}

Nell {wifee # 1} was in attendance there also
as was Huge Rose, Mervin Miller, Newstrand,
Doris Dyer, Dale Dixon etc

The Kenzie Party were the Musicians
and
The Dist Supts were
Ohio - Kurts
Michigan - Kirby
Indiana - Bibbs

I was skerred as I stood behind the pulpit
in that old converted Skating Rink Tabernacle -

Hugh Rose and Ron (was it Ron?) Newstrand were just kids in 1953, weren't they? Didn't Ron Newstrand later marry one of the Dyer girls?

When I came to Ohio in 1957, my pastor was F.E. Curts (not Kurts) who was the Dist. Supt. of Ohio.

If you were preaching back in 1953, you must be uh, uh, how do I say this, um, um, an elder by now?

I have met Bishop Smith before he was kind to me ,but I can't accept that divine flesh doctrine.

At BOTT this Year, they had a Guy that preaches really Good that told the UPC at some other function that they need to stop fighting Tekl. about this doctrine.

Thad not everyone in the AWCF teaches the divine flesh doctrine.The AWCF is comprised of different groups.
I think they made a mistake hooking up with the ACE.
I do know some AWCF men personally though LIB. they don't teach the divine flesh doctrine.
I was friends with the old ways and means director of THE AWCF ,who is deceased now.I just to preach for him.
I'm not defending them but not everyone in that group teaches the divine flesh doctrine.

GB.Rowe was known for the Adam doctrine.

Groups like this belong to the AWCF, as well as many others.

I know everyone that runs this organization here. They call if IAF. Great ministers. Mostly in, but not limited to the states TN, VA, IL.

I assume he is referring to me telling you who preached at BOTT??? didnt know it was a secret.

They don't teach divine flesh either and they are apart of The AWCF ,and still are if I'm correct.

Bishop Samuel Smith has always treated me with kindness ,I don't think he teaches , divine flesh doctrine , but I hate that The AWCF accepted the group that does.
I say this in kindness and Christian charity.

This is rich you Teke who teaches "divine flesh" and the Rowes who Teach "adam doctrine or Jesus was a sinner."
