All Alone for Thanksgiving!!!

For the first time in our life, Mrs. Pianoman and I will be by ourselves on Thanksgiving. We've been abandoned by our kids, grandkids, and other family members! :violin:tissue

Everybody has "other plans" with "other family members"!

Actually, we're quite happy with everything! :) I plan to take Mrs. Pianoman out for a nice Thanksgiving dinner, then attend the National Youth Convention of the ALJC at the Opryland Hotel!! :bliss

I was going to be alone w/ the kids this year ... until Mama ... decided to come to town ... We're so glad we'll be able to share this holiday together ....

It's also the time Dad passed 2 years ago ... so it has added significance.

What's even funnier, is that the Tennesse District UPC is having their state Youth Conference at the Opryland Hotel at the same time!!!!!

TN dist UPCI will have 2,000 - 3,000 in attendance.

ALJC will have 5,000 in attendance.

They will each be seperate ballrooms! :)

Funny, they came to visit once...a blizzard occured, they have never been back:cold

I still celebrate the American Thanksgiving with my family's traditions: Turkey dinner, a feed of Turkey tacos later in the day, watch the parade, and COWBOYS FOOTBALL!!!!!!!:bliss
