I made this cake for a little girl, whose Mom I work with. I've never done a Barbie Cake before so I'm afraid this looks stupid.

I need opinions, please.

Thanks for the compliments. This is only the 2nd cake that I've made for someone, so I'm a little nervous. I'm not charging her anything, but I want her to be pleased with it.

I like funfetti, too!!! My kids like it, but Dad doesn't, so we just eat it and let him eat his jelly rolls from little debbie.

Pictures! Who knew there were so many kinds? lol

It's white cake with "sprinkles" in the mix and when you bake it, they "melt" and it looks like confetti exploded in your cake.

Nope! It just colors the cake mix.

No. You can't honestly tell they're there by taste or texture. lol They're just fun!

Can you make "puffy" sleeves? Then she'll look like a brunette Cinderella.

I started to make her look "holy", but decided that was too hard, so I made her look like a sinner.:tease:tease

Oh ok...Id go for that. I like frosting but I don't like cream cheese frosting...lol...every now and then I will buy cupcakes at the store and make myself sick eating them

sshhhhhhh....don't tell anybody, but I cheated on the icing. We have a little girl that works at the Great American Cookie factory and she got the icing for me, so I wouldn't have to waste so much time and energy tinting and such. Do the icing is the butter cream, not the sugar kind!!!!:bliss:bliss
