What Does "Joint" or "Fellow" Heirs with Christ?
 

ESV Rom 8:14 For all who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God.
Rom 8:15 For you did not receive the spirit of slavery to fall back into fear, but you have received the Spirit of adoption as sons, by whom we cry, "Abba! Father!"
Rom 8:16 The Spirit himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God,
Rom 8:17 and if children, then heirs--heirs of God and fellow heirs with Christ, provided we suffer with him in order that we may also be glorified with him.

And what does it mean to suffer with him? How are we fellow heirs?

We be brethren! We are sons and daughters of God and will inherit eternal life like Jesus did....He's the firstfruit.

Hebrews 2:10 For it became him, for whom are all things, and by whom are all things, in bringing many sons unto glory, to make the captain of their salvation perfect through sufferings.
11 For both he that sanctifieth and they who are sanctified are all of one: for which cause he is not ashamed to call them brethren,

Is that all? Eternal Life? the verses in question start with the premise that we are brothers....so Im asking what does being joint heirs WITH Christ mean? It actually says essentially BECAUSE we are brothers we are joint heirs with Christ...

The bible also says we will rule and reign with him
