I never thought of them as fancy. They are just so easy. I usually keep a wedge of Parmesan in the freezer.

My husband is crazy about tomatoes so everything we eat is tomato based, or with tomatoes on the side. He will not eat anything creamy..

I use cambells condensed tomato and add heavy whipping cream with Italian herbs and simmer...great with grilled cheeses or topped with garlic croutons.

I love tomatoes, but not as much since we don’t grow our own anymore. Now, I just buy organic.
