I'm not UPCI ,but I am not going to run them down,or belittle them.
I have brothers and sisters in it.
Yes I do understand there is a shortage of younger ministers in it.

I would proably think it's safe to say there is proably a shortage of younger Christian workers in Christendom in general ,and Sandra I'm not judging your motive for this thread.

If his statement is 100% accurate (no applications from men under 45), then yeah... that's a problem.

Even few applications would be a problem.

No, I'm not... I wish they would just make some changes.. admit a few mistakes . Its the hard line.. hard headed ones that is causing this.
