Prayer Wheel
Does anyone have a copy of a prayer wheel. If so could you please post where I may down load and print. I have misplaced my copy and would like to give one to a young man in the church.
Thanks. |

Edited to correct myself. I know what a prayer wheel is. But you can't possibly be asking about what I know as a prayer wheel...can you? What is it you're looking for? |

The prayer wheel or chart is one that helps a new person keep focused on praying. Example. It starts off with thanksgiving, then goes to something else. It is broken down into 5 min sections going for an hour. It is not used as a must follow, just to help new people. This young man has said he can not pray for more than 10 mins. For some that is ok but others need help and the prayer wheel helps them focus. As time goes on one does not need it anymore because they learn to open up and just talk to God. I am a member of an Pentecostal church. Hopes this helps. :santathumb |
Re: Prayer Wheel
I knew what you referred to, but I don't know of a convenient one.
Wheel is probably the wrong word. Chart is better maybe It goes basically something along the lines of the Lord's prayer model. "Worship and Praise" "Repentance and confession" "Petition" "Intercession" "Scripture reading" "Thanks giving" |

I did find mine. It is called a prayer chart or prayer clock. I could not remember. I went to the attic, shop and brief case and still did not find mine. Then I went to my old notebook where I keep notes stored and there it was. Goes like this; starts with Praise, Forgiviness, Confession, Petition, Intercession, Scripture Reading, Meditation, Thanksgiving, Pray the Word, Singing, Listening and ends in Praise again. |
